Great Experience,Went into Port Perry Cycle Life feeling defeated after my bike had a bit of a run in with the road, wheels up lol.Was met with a warm greeting and an immediate inspection of my bike.Cole was fast in informing me what needed to be repaired and what needed to be replaced. So I could get back on my bike as soon as possible.He gave me multiple option to choose from ranging in price and explained how each option would benefit me. (very informative)At the end of the day I got my bike back on time and on budget!I would recommend taking your business to Port Perry Cycle Life.Thanks for all the help ColeCheers,Michael

If i could do no stars i would. Horrible customer service. Had to wait at the shoe section for almost a half hour before anyone even acknowledged me and than says oh you were looking at the tv so i thought someone was already helping you.Ordered shoes online on a sale. Nowhere in the description did it say double wide but that's what i got so i asked for an exchange and was told i can return them but not exchange them at the sale price. Even though on the description nowhere does it state extra wide. Co-Worker ordered as well and said the same thing . Sport Chek from my experience is not a store i can recommend to anyone .

Dropped in on a Sunday and purchased a pair of hiking shoes/sneakers. Nice, accomodating staff who were very eager to help. Terrific selection of various items for various activities in-store. Shop local!

On January 16, 2018, my daughter and I went to SportChek in Swift Current to purchase her some new soccer cleats. Much to our surprise, there was ONLY ONE pair of women's cleats to choose from. However, there was a an entire section of Men's Soccer Cleats to choose from. Therefore, the store told us they would order a pair of Womens's Cleats in for us. We brought in a coupon for $20 off and were advised we couldn't use the coupon because it was for IN-STOCK inventory ONLY. The staff were friendly and seemed embarrassed about the situation. I am really really really disappointed that Sportchek does support women in sports. Based on their available inventory in-store, they don't support our local women. This is tragic considering it's 2018. Total Fail Sportchek. Next time we will go somewhere else. #sportchek #sportchekfail #sexistsportchek

Gigantic MEC store. 2 sprawling floors of gear and, supplies and apparel. Very clean and modern. Knowledgeable staff to assist with your needs. This location reminded me of the Queen Street W location in Toronto however, I think it's larger.

Great deals on brand names. I always ask for Cam, but all the staff are great

I was in desperate need of some Splitboard skins so I called Higher Ground and they had the size I needed for my Jones Solution. I then got stuck for 3hrs in an accident on the highway coming into Golden so I missed the closing time of the store. I had very bad cell signal but managed to get through and the incredibly helpful girl offered to drop the skins at my lodge. I lost signal before I could give her my credit card details. After another hour we got out of the traffic jam but the store had been closed for an hour so I messaged the store on Facebook as a last ditch attempt. And surprisingly I got a response. The same incredibly helpful girl was still in the store and said I could swing by to pick up the skins. She saved my day in Rogers pass. Thank you again.
